FAQ : COVID -19 and Your Eyewear


  1. I was told my glasses were ready for pick up. When can I come pick them up? ​We are offering patients two options. The first option is to let us know when you'll be stopping by, and we'll have a staff member come out and deliver your glasses to you. The glasses will have been pre-adjusted by our optician to what we consider "alignment" or "neutral" fit. If you require further adjustment, you are welcome to come back at a later date. The second option is to schedule an appointment (Tues, Wed, Thurs, only) to have your glasses dispensed in the office. 
  2. ​Can I come in to order new glasses? The short answer is YES. But please call our office first and speak with one of our staff member. 
  3. Can I drop by to have my glasses adjusted or repaired? We'd be happy to assist you with that.  But please call our office first to get confirmation rather than just dropping in.
  4. Are glasses safe to wear during this time? The short answer is YES. Please click here for more information.
